  • 1/2 cup (12.0 cl) Water
  • 1 cup (24.0 cl) Brandy
  • 3 drops (3 ml) Food Coloring (yellow)

Combine sugar and 3/4 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer until all sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool. In an aging container, combine apricot halves, almond extract, grain alcohol with 1/2 cup water, and brandy. Stir in cooled sugar syrup mixture. Cap and let age for 2 days. Remove apricot halves. (Save apricot halves, can be used for cooking). Add food coloring and glycerin. Stir, recap and continue aging for 1 to 2 months. Re-bottle as desired. Liqueur is ready to serve but will continue to improve with additional aging.

  • 6 oz (18.0 cl) Mango

Add some ice to a glass, pour in the Schnapps. Pour the Mango nectar or juice right over it and stir well. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry. Like a fuzzy navel, but much better.

  • 1.5 oz. (4.5 cl) Sloe Gin
  • 0.5 oz. (1.5 cl) Orange Juice
  • 0.25 oz. (8 ml) Lemon Juice
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Egg White

Mix in: Highball Glass

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients except Carbonated Water into shaker and shake well. Fill a Highball glass almost full with ice cubes and strain drink into Highball glass. Fill with Carbonated Water. Stir well.

  • 1 can (45.0 cl) Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
  • 5 oz. (15.0 cl) Vodka
  • 7 oz. (21.0 cl) Rum
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Ginger Ale

Mix in: Punch Bowl

Mix all ingredients in a pitcher. Mix thoroughly and pour into whatever is available, the bigger the better! This drink packs a big punch, so don't over do it.
