  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Root Beer Schnapps
  • 1/2 oz (1.5 cl) Bailey's Irish Cream®
  • 7-Up
  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Coca Cola®

Mix in: Beer Mug

Pour ingredients in a frosted mug over ice and stir.

R.B. WINTER

  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Southern Comfort®
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Amaretto
  • fill (fill) Apple Juice
  • 1 Splash (3 ml) Lime Juice

Mix in: Highball Glass

Fill highball glass with ice. Add 1 oz. of Southern Comfort, 1 oz. of Amaretto, fill with Apple juice, do a short shake. While pouring the drink back in the glass add a splash of lime juice.

RAFU EIGHTEEN

  • 3 cl. (3.0 cl) Vodka
  • 4 cl. (4.1 cl) Pisang Ambon Liqueur
  • fill (fill) Orange Juice
  • Sprite
  • Lemon

Mix in: Highball Glass

Fill vodka and Pisang in the glass. If you think it's to strong you may fill in with more pisang. Fill then with orange juice and sprite, about half of each till the glass is filled. Take then a twist or two of lemon.

RAGGED COMPANY

  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 tsp. (4 ml) Benedictine
  • 2 dashes (2 ml) Bitters
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Lemon Twist

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the bourbon, vermouth, Benedictine, and bitters. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.

RAGNAR

  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Absolut Kurant®
  • Lime
  • (12.0 cl) 7-Up

Mix in: Collins Glass

Put the liquor in a tall glass, add a few drops of lime. Fill up the glass with seven up so it suits you.

Pour the Kurant into a highball glass full of ice. Add some Rose's lime (how much depends on individual taste). Fill up with Sprite.

Mix vodka, amaretto and ice cream in blender. Pour into glass, and gently pour in jigger of chambord, being careful to swirl the chambord with straw or stirring stick to produce the desired effect.

Mix in: Punch Bowl

Mix together in large container....stir in the alcohol from start of list till the halls....for melted halls centers do the following...: use a needle and thread and put it through each halls. tie a knot after each one...place in 1 to 2 liters of boiling. and I mean boiling hot water until all are melted pour into bowl and mix in the water and raspberry juice. have fun should serve 10 to 20 people at 1 liter each we use this for our residence house drink ..it is safe and actually very tasty. try it and see.

Pour frozen vodka into glass, add cassis to the centre of the glass to make an eye.

  • (4 ml) Crushed Ice
  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Gin
  • 1 tsp. (4 ml) Cherry Herring
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Maraschino Cherries

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

In a mixing glass half-filled with crushed ice, combine the gin and Cherry Herring. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the cherry.

RED HEAD ON THE MOON

  • 0.15 oz. (5 ml) Dekuyper Sour Apple Pucker Schnapps®
  • 1 dash (1 ml) Cranberry Juice Cocktail
  • 0.15 oz. (5 ml) Melon liqueur

  • 4 cl (4.1 cl) Watermelon Schnapps
  • 2 cl (2.0 cl) Peach Schnapps
  • 2 cl (2.0 cl) Vodka
  • 10 cl (10.1 cl) Sprite
  • 1 dash (1 ml) Grenadine

Mix in: Highball Glass

Pour vodka, melon and peach schnapps over ice. Top with the sprite, stir well, add 1 dash of the grenadine and serve. Garnish with a slice of lemon (or lime), or a piece of melon.

RUM CURE

  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) 151 Proof Rum
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Orange Juice
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Brandy
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Grenadine
  • Blue Curacao

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Serve over crushed ice

RUM DAISY #2

  • 1/2 (1.5 cl) Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 ml) Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp. (4 ml) Grenadine
  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Bacardi Light Rum®

Shake with ice and strain into a stein or metal cup. Add 1 ice cube and garnish with an lemon twist.

RUM DE CACAO

  • 1.5 oz. (4.5 cl) Rum
  • 1.5 oz. (4.5 cl) Creme de Cacao (White)

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a Cocktail glass and serve.

RUM FIX (2)

  • 0.5 Juice (1.5 cl) Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. (3.0 cl) Sugar
  • 1 tsp. (3.0 cl) Water

Mix in: Highball Glass

Stir into a highballs glass with ice, add 2 1/2 oz. rum and stir.

RUM GIMLET

  • 2 oz. (1.5 cl) Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Rose's® Lime Juice
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Lime Wedge

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Pour the rum and Rose's lime juice into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lime wedge.

RUM PUNCH #2

  • 2 tbs. (3.0 cl) Honey
  • 2 tbs. (3.0 cl) Hot water
  • 4 (12.0 cl) Lemons
  • 1/2 Part (1.5 cl) Bacardi Light Rum®
  • 5 tbs. (7.5 cl) Mint Leaves (Crushed)
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Tea Bag
  • 2 Parts (6.0 cl) Boiling Water
  • 1 Part (3.0 cl) Ginger Ale

Mix in: Punch Bowl

Dissolve honey in warm water. Put liquid honey, lemon juice and rum together in tall jug. Add mint leaves and leave to stand while brewing tea. Pour boiling water in a jug and steeped tea bag for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag and chill tea. Pour chilled tea and dry ginger ale into rum mixture. Stir well. To serve: pour over one ice cube in each glass.

RUM ROOTER

  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Rum
  • 1 can (45.0 cl) Root Beer

Mix in: Collins Glass

Mix together the rum and root beer, and have a rootin' tootin' good time!

RUM RUMMY

  • 1.5 oz. (4.5 cl) Bacardi Light Rum®
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Orange Juice
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • BOLS Bitter Orange
  • Sugar Syrup

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Combine rum, orange juice, lime juice, 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar syrup and 1 or 2 dashes of BOLS Bitter Orange in a shaker half-filled with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.

RUM RUNNER

  • 0.5 oz. (6.0 cl) Light Rum
  • 0.5 oz. (1.5 cl) Spiced Rum
  • 0.5 oz. (1.5 cl) Creme de Banana
  • 0.5 oz. (1.5 cl) Blackberry Brandy
  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Sweet & Sour mix
  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Orange Juice

Mix in: Old Fashioned Glass

Shake with ice and strain into an Old Fashioned Glass. Float a 1/2 oz of Grenadine on top if desired.

RUM RUNNER (20 OZ.)

  • 3/4 oz. (2.3 cl) Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum®
  • 1/4 oz. (8 ml) Blackberry Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz. (8 ml) Creme de Banana
  • 4 oz. (12.0 cl) Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Grenadine
  • 8 oz. (24.0 cl) Crushed Ice

Mix in: Coupette Glass

Blend until slushy.

RUM SAZERAC

  • 1 (3.0 cl) Sugar Cube
  • 2 dash (2 ml) Angostura Bitters
  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Bacardi Light Rum®
  • 2 dash (2 ml) Pernod

Mix in: Old Fashioned Glass

Soak sugar cube in Angostura bitters. Crush it with a pestle in an old-fashioned glass. Add ice cubes, pour in rum, add a few dashed of Pernod and fill with water.

RUM SLING

  • 2 dashes (2 ml) Angostura Bitters
  • 4 oz. (12.0 cl) Club Soda

Mix in: Irish Coffee Cup

Dissolve one teaspoon sugar, two teaspoons honey and four teaspoons butter(use low fat) in hot water. Add rum and stir again. Use nutmeg as topping.

RUMRUNNER'S EASY MARGARITA

  • 1 can (45.0 cl) Frozen Limeade concentrate
  • 1/2 can (22.5 cl) Jose Cuervo® Silver Tequila
  • 1/2 can (22.5 cl) Jose Cuervo® Tequila
  • 1 1/2 oz. (4.5 cl) Triple Sec
  • 3 1/3 cans (1.500 lt) Water
  • Splash (0 ml) Lime Juice

Mix in: Pitcher

Whisk all ingredients in pitcher. Serve over ice. If frozen Margarita required, substitute ice for water and blend.

Pour vodka into glass, the carefully add the tomato juice so that it falls to the bottom of the glass. Last, add a couple of drops of Tabasco sauce.

RUSSIAN CAR

  • 1.33 oz. (4.0 cl) Cream
  • 1.33 oz. (4.0 cl) Vodka
  • 0.33 oz. (10 ml) BOLS Creme de Cacao White
  • Ice

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Shake with ice and strain. Serve in a chilled glass.

RUSSIAN COFFEE

  • 0.75 oz. (2.3 cl) Coffee Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz. (2.3 cl) Heavy Cream
  • 0.75 oz. (2.3 cl) Vodka

Mix in: Pitcher

In a blender, add above ingredients to 3 oz. cracked ice. Blend until smooth, and pour into glass.

RUSSIAN DELIGHT

  • 1 (3.0 cl) Eggs
  • 2 oz (6.0 cl) Stolichnaya Vodka®
  • 0.5 oz (1.5 cl) Butter

Mix in: Collins Glass

Add Vodka to egg whites stir vigorously for 30 secs. Melt butter then add. Stir again for couple of secs. Then sit back and enjoy!!!

RUSSIAN DREAM

  • 4 (12.0 cl) Cream
  • 4 oz. (12.0 cl) Ice
  • 3 (9.0 cl) Bailey's Irish Cream®
  • 3 (9.0 cl) Vodka

Mix in: Pitcher

Blend ingredients for 30 seconds.

RUSSIAN FISHERMAN

  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Vodka
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Small Goldfish

Mix in: Shot Glass

Chill Vodka, pour into large shot glass and add fish. Drink quickly or fish will float.

RUSSIAN JUICE

  • 1.2 oz. (3.6 cl) Vodka
  • 1.2 oz. (3.6 cl) Orange Juice
  • 0.5 oz. (1.5 cl) BOLS Creme de Bananes
  • 0.5 oz. (1.5 cl) Pineapple Juice
  • BOLS Grenadine

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Combine given ingredients with a dash of BOLS Grenadine and 3 drops of Angostura bitters in a shaker half-filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and 2 cherries.

RUSSIAN KAMIKAZE

  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Vodka
  • 1 tsp. (4 ml) Chambord Rasberry Liqueur

Mix in: Whiskey Sour Glass

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine both of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a sour glass.

RUSSIAN ROULETTE

  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Kahlua®
  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Vodka
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Sambuca
  • Orange Slice

Mix in: Shot Glass

Fill two or more shooter 1 oz. shooter glasses with the Kahlua and vodka and place a slice of orange on the top of each glass. Put the Sambuca in a wine glass and light. Pour the lit Sambuca on the shooters below and let burn for a short time in front of your bedazzled guests. Blow out the fire and instruct the drinkers of the shooters to drink out of the glass first and chew the Sambuca-soaked orange slice last.

  • 16.0 oz. (48.0 cl) Orange Juice
  • 8 oz. (24.0 cl) Pineapple Juice

First make tea in the water. Then add all the other stuff. SIMMER at least half an hour. Makes a nice smell in the kitchen at Christmas parties.
