  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Rum
  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Amaretto
  • 1/3 (10 ml) Lemonade
  • 1/3 (10 ml) Coca Cola®

Mix in: Highball Glass

Ice (shake) / rocks

XANGO

  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Grapefruit Juice
  • 1.5 oz. (4.5 cl) Light Rum
  • 0.5 oz. (1.5 cl) Triple Sec

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Add ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into chilled glass.

XERES COCKTAIL

  • 2 oz. Dry (6.0 cl) Sherry
  • 1 dash Orange (1 ml) Bitters

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Stir ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

XIXU

  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Campari
  • 3 oz (9.0 cl) Cola
  • 0.5 oz (1.5 cl) Creme de Menthe
  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Melon liqueur
  • 2.5 oz (7.5 cl) Vodka

Mix all the ingredients and drink.

XTRA SUPREM

  • 0.05 oz. (2 ml) BOLS Peppermint White
  • 0.05 oz. (2 ml) BOLS Amaretto
  • 0.03 oz. (1 ml) Cream

Mix in: Shot Glass

Layer

  • 1.75 oz. (5.3 cl) Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Rum®
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) BOLS Raspberry
  • 0.3 oz. (9 ml) BOLS Triple Sec Curacao
  • Pineapple Juice

Mix in: Collins Glass

Pour the lot into a shaker of ice and top up with pineapple juice. Shake and strain over ice cubes into a highball glass. stick 2 straws in and serve!!
