  • 0.4 oz. (1.2 cl) BOLS Parfait Amour

Mix in: Collins Glass

Add one dash of BOLS Grenadine. Fill up with Pineapple juice.

HAIR RAISER

  • 1 1/2 oz. 100-Proof (1.5 cl) Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Rock & Rye
  • 1 tbs. (1.5 cl) Lemon Juice

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

HAIR RAISER COCKTAIL

  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Vodka
  • 0.5 oz. (1.5 cl) Rye Whiskey

  • 3 oz. (9.0 cl) Champagne
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Gin
  • 0.12 oz. (4 ml) BOLS Blue
  • 0.03 oz. (1 ml) Pernod

Shake and strain liquors into a champagne flute, top with champagne

HAIRBALL

  • 1/3 glass (4.0 cl) Hard Cider
  • 1/3 glass (4.0 cl) Guinness® Stout
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Irish Whiskey

Mix in: Collins Glass

Fill 1/3 of the Collins glass with cider, then float the Guinness on top, to bring the volume to 2/3 full. Pour Bushmills in a separate shot glass. Drop the shot glass into the Collins glass and slam it!

  • 1 Part (3.0 cl) Triple Sec

Mix in: Collins Glass

Pour the clear rums, schnapps, bitter, 151 rum and a splash of lemon and lime juice into a tall glass filled with ice. Let this sit on the side while you pour the Dark Rum and southern comfort into a tall glass with no ice. Stir the rum and southern comfort around a couple of times. Take the mixture in the glass with ice and cover, shaking the glass till the glass sweats from the cold concoction inside. Once proper shaking has occurred, Pour the mixture into the glass with the Dark Liquors. Before the mixture has time to settle pour in the Blue Curacao enough to turn the Drink a bluish hue. Slide it over the table and let the fun begin.

Put the blue curacao, the passoa, the red vodka (roter), the normal vodka and the ice cubes in a shaker. Shake it up. Put it in a highball glass and pour in the orange juice

You can dump more cider into it up to a point when the spices get old - then just start again with a new set of spices, and a new orange.

Mix in: Irish Coffee Cup

Pour the rum, bourbon, crème de cacao, and coffee into an Irish coffee glass. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.

HOT SIBERIAN ALMOND

  • 4 oz. (12.0 cl) Hot Coffee
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Cream
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) BOLS Amaretto
  • 0.5 oz. (1.5 cl) Vodka

Mix in: Irish Coffee Cup

Combine hot coffee, BOLS amaretto and vodka in an Irish Coffee glass. Stir. Top with heavy cream.

HOT SPOT

  • 1 Part (3.0 cl) Absolut Vodka®
  • 1 Part (3.0 cl) Jose Cuervo® Tequila
  • 1 Part (3.0 cl) Tabasco® Sauce

Mix in: Shot Glass

Mix vodka and tequila. Pour in Tabasco sauce until it's really red.

HOT TANGY NAVEL

  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Peach Schnapps
  • 7 oz (21.0 cl) Hot water
  • 3 tsp (1.1 cl) Tang®

Mix in: Collins Glass

Heat 7 oz. of water. Add 3 teaspoons of Tang. Add 1 oz. of Peach Schnapps. Stir well. Serve.

HOT TODDY

  • 3 oz. (6.0 cl) Whiskey
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Simple Syrup
  • 4 (12.0 cl) Cloves (Ground)
  • Generous Pinch (generous pinch) Cinnamon
  • Lemon Slice
  • Boiling Water
  • Nutmeg (Ground)
  • cinnamon stick

Mix in: Irish Coffee Cup

Warm a mug or Old Fashioned glass and add all ingredients, except nutmeg, and fill with boiling water. Stir and top with grated nutmeg. Garnish with cinnamon stick, if you wish.

HOT VANILLA

  • 14 oz. (42.0 cl) Milk
  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Whipped Cream
  • 1/2 (1.5 cl) Vanilla Bean
  • 1 1/2 tsp. (6 ml) Sugar
  • Cinnamon

Mix in: Irish Coffee Cup

In a heavy saucepan, combine the ingredients and warm over low heat. When small bubbles appear around the sides of the pan, remove it from the heat and let the mixture sit at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes. Place the pan back on the stove and rewarm the mixture, whisking it briefly to redistribute the skin that forms on the milk's surface. Remove the vanilla bean half, scrape out the seeds with a sharp knife, and return the seeds to the milk. Pour the vanilla milk into two 8-ounce mugs and top with sprinklings of cinnamon or canella. Drink hot.

  • 1 Ounce (3.0 cl) Malibu Coconut Rum

  • 2 Ounces (6.0 cl) Cranberry Juice Cocktail

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

  • 1/2 oz. Cherry (6 ml) Brandy
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Gin
  • 1 1/2 tsp. 151-Proof (6 ml) Rum
  • 1 tbs. (3.0 cl) Orange Juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. (6 ml) Lime Juice

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

HULA-HULA

  • 1 dash (1 ml) Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Gin
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Orange Juice

Mix in: Highball Glass

Fill a glass with ice and add all ingredients. Stir and serve.

HUMMING BIRD

  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Rum Cream Liqueur
  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Amaretto
  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Milk
  • 1/2 oz (1.5 cl) Strawberry Syrup
  • 1/2 (1.5 cl) Banana

Blend with crushed ice

HUMMINGBIRD

  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Vodka
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Rum Cream Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Tia Maria®
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Banana
  • dash (0 ml) Strawberry Syrup
  • dash (0 ml) Milk

Blend all the ingredients with some ice and serve as a smoothie.

Into a cocktail shaker, pour lemon juice, rum and cocktail mix. Shake vigorously for one to two minutes. Pack crushed ice into cocktail glass and pour drink mixture over the crushed ice. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.

  • 1 1/4 oz. (3.8 cl) Brandy
  • 3/4 oz. (2.3 cl) Pernod
  • 3/4 oz. (2.3 cl) Vodka

  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Bacardi Light Rum®
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Bacardi 151®

Mix in: Hurricane Glass

Dump frozen OJ concentrate into pitcher, instead of refilling container with water 3 times, fill with vodka once and triple sec twice. Mix well. serve on the rocks or works well as a blender drink.

  • 1 shot (4.5 cl) DeKuyper Apple Barrel Schnapps®
  • 2 shots (9.0 cl) Espresso
  • 1 shot (4.5 cl) steamed Milk

Mix in: Irish Coffee Cup

In Irish coffee mug pour chilled caramel, then slowly pour one shot of chilled apple schnapps over caramel. Slowly add steamed milk, pour espresso through steamed milk exceedingly slowly, top with whip cream or foam. It should come out to be a 4 layer happily alcoholic Latte.
