Combine the water and lemonade mix, following the directions on the lemonade mix. Add Everclear and absolute vodka. Then add the lemon slices and shake to mix. serve cold

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a Cocktail glass and serve.

• 0.25 oz. (8 ml) BOLS Maraschino
• Gomme syrup

• 4 oz (12.0 cl) Tequila
• 1 dash (1 ml) Vermouth

YIP!

• 3 oz. (9.0 cl) Jose Cuervo® Tequila
• 3 oz. (9.0 cl) Club Soda
• 1 (3.0 cl) Lemon Slice

Mix in: Highball Glass

Fill glass with Tequila, then club soda, then squeeze a slice of lemon, toss in and add one ice cube, stir, drink, enjoy.

YORK SPECIAL

• A few dashes (a few dashes) Bitters
• 1 tbs. (3.0 cl) Maraschino Cherry
• 2.5 oz. (7.5 cl) Vermouth

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Combine with ice; shake well. Strain and add ice. The bitters can be omitted.

YOU AND ME

• 3 oz. (9.0 cl) Dry Gin
• 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Dry Vermouth
• BOLS Bitter Orange

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Stir gin and vermouth with 3 drops of BOLS Bitter Orange and 3 drops of Benedictine in a mixer filled with ice. Strain into a very chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

• 1.17 oz. (3.5 cl) Rum
• 0.33 oz. (10 ml) BOLS Creme de Bananes
• Orange Juice

Mix in: Collins Glass

Fill up with Orange juice.

YUCCA #2

• 2 cans (90.0 cl) Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
• 2 (6.0 cl) Lime
• 2 cans (90.0 cl) Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
• 1 cup (24.0 cl) Sugar
• 0.75 l. (76.1 cl) Vodka

Mix in: Punch Bowl

Pour sugar, orange juice, and lemonade into one gallon jar. Quarter the limes and put them in jar. Pour the vodka in the jar. Then fill the rest of the jar with ice. Add one teaspoon of Nestea. Wrap jar with towel and shake until mixture is frothy (about half hour). Enjoy the drink and eat the limes.

YUCCA JUICE

• 4 (12.0 cl) Lemons
• 4 (12.0 cl) Limes
• 1 cup (24.0 cl) Sugar
• 1 (3.0 cl) Ice
• 2 Fifths (76.8 cl) Vodka
• 1 Gal. (3.840 lt) Orange Juice

Mix in: Pitcher

Fill the jug with ice, fruit, sugar, and fill to the top with vodka. Seal tightly and wrap with towels **Very important to wrap with towels *** Shake the jug for 10 - 15 minutes (take turns!)

YVETTE

• 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Tequila
• 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Apricot Brandy
• 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Cream
• Sprite
