Mix in: Shot Glass

Chill both ingredients by placing the bottles in the freezer for at least 1 hour. You should also chill the shot glasses you will be using the same way. Pour both ingredients into a chilled shot glass and enjoy.

  • 2 l (2.028 lt) Cola
  • 1.5 l (1.521 lt) Gin

  • 75 (2.250 lt) Triple Sec

Mix in: Collins Glass

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or pot. Stir in 32 ounces of dry iced tea mix. Serve cold.

  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Rum

You need two people. Measurements are hazy but what you do is fill a shot glass almost to brim with rum. Put glass on saucer. Next add Green Chartreuse so that the drink spills into saucer for a while. Before settles, light the shot glass, holding a glass above the flames until they die out. Quickly get someone to cover the glass to trap the gas, whilst you drink, first the shot with a straw, then the saucer also with the straw. Quickly get your friend to, when your ready, leave a gap protecting the fumes so you can shove your straw into the glass and inhale. Believe me its worth the hassle

GASCHAMBER

  • 2 cl. (2.0 cl) Sambuca
  • 1 can (45.0 cl) Beer

Mix in: Beer Mug

1) Pour Sambuca into a 2cl. glass. DON'T EVER LIGHT THE FIRE IN THIS GLASS!!! 2) Pour just a few drops in a saucer... 3)... and light the Sambuca in the saucer. You might pour some extra drops in to keep it on fire. 4) While burning, hold a glass of beer over the 2 cl. glass for about 10 seconds - the gas will get caught in the beer glass. 5) DO THE FOLLOWING STEPS QUICKLY: Put the beer glass - bottom up - on the table. 6) Blow out the fire. 7) Drink Sambuca in little glass with the wrong end of straw in one sip. 8) Suck out gas from beer glass with straw....take a good long draw!

Fill a Highball glass almost full with ice cubes. Pour Scotch and Ginger Ale into the Highball glass. Stir well, garnish with a Lime Wedge, and serve.

GINGER SYLLABUB

  • 2 tbs. (3.0 cl) Dry Sherry
  • 3 tbs. (4.5 cl) Brown Sugar
  • Nutmeg (Ground)
  • ginger
  • 1/2 (1.5 cl) Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Pint (24.0 cl) Heavy Cream
  • 3 (6.0 cl) Candied Ginger

Mix in: Collins Glass

Put the sherry, sugar, spices, and lemon juice into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well-blended, then leave to soak for at least half an hour. Beat the cream until it is stiff. Fold in the chopped ginger. Chill thoroughly. Before serving divide into four serving bowls and top with crumbs of crystallized ginger and a shake of nutmeg.

Coat the inside of a chilled cocktail glass with dry vermouth. In a mixing glass filled half way with crushed ice, combine vodka, champagne and maraschino liqueur. Stir and strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer.

GLOGG - SWEDISH

  • 1 (3.0 cl) Almonds
  • 12 (36.0 cl) Cardamon
  • 12 (36.0 cl) Cloves (Ground)
  • 6 (18.0 cl) cinnamon stick
  • 6 (18.0 cl) Orange Peel
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Red Wine
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Raisins
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Brandy
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Sugar

Mix in: Irish Coffee Cup

Put cardamom seeds, cinnamon, cloves and orange parts in nylon bag and tie top. In large saucepan put bag, half bottle of the wine, and the raisins. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add remaining wine and the almond, heat through. In another saucepan warm about 1/3 of the brandy (or aquavit), pour in sugar and light with match to flame. When sugar has melted, pour in the remainder of brandy. If necessary extinguish flame with cover lid. Add sugar mixture to wine mixture. Pour in cups with raisins and almonds in each serving. A hot cup of glogg is the Scandinavian way of offering a warm welcome to a friend on a wintry evening.

  • 1 cup (3.0 cl) Wine
  • 1 tbs. (3.0 cl) Sugar
  • 1 Slice (3.0 cl) Lemon

For each person, you need: You also need some cloves and cinnamon sticks. Add about 6 cloves and one cinnamon stick for each liter of the mixture. (Use more or less depending on taste - another friend prefers a stronger clove taste.) Put the sugar, lemon slices and spices in a pot and heat gently until the sugar is melted.
