MA BONNIE WEE HEN

  • 1 1/2 oz. (4 ml) Scotch
  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Cream Sherry
  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. (4 ml) Grenadine

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

MABI PUNCH

  • 5 cups (15.0 cl) Sugar
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Cinnamon
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) ginger
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Mabi Bark

Mix in: Pitcher

Clean the bark, slice the ginger and boil with the cinnamon stick in 1 1/2 cups of water for 5 minutes; strain, cool and chill. Boil the brown sugar in 3 qts. of water; add mabi brew and stir to blend. Strain into a large pot; strain and ladle until foamy. Loosely top the pot or cap lightly in a bottle. Allow to ferment for several days. Store uncovered in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Mix in: Old Fashioned Glass

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes.

  • 1 1/2 oz (4.5 cl) Whiskey
  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Midori®
  • 1 1/2 oz (4.5 cl) Cream
  • 3 oz (9.0 cl) Orange Juice
  • 1 tsp (4 ml) Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp (4 ml) Grenadine

Mix in: Collins Glass

Shake or mix all ingredients, and pour over ice cubes into a Collins glass, (or any glass large enough,) Garnish with an orange slice, a lemon slice, and a cherry if so desired.

  • 1/8 oz. (4 ml) Cherry Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz. (8 ml) Grenadine
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp. (4 ml) Sugar

Mix in: Collins Glass

Mix rum, grenadine, lime juice and sugar into 10 oz. glass filled with crushed ice. Top with cherry liqueur. Garnish with fruit flag or lime wheel.
