Take the 8 oz of non water downed Ginger Ale and Sprite/7up combine 2 oz's of lime cordial juice and stir well add 1 or 2 oz's of vodka depending on the strength of drink needed optional: add a dash of green food coloring to desire color add a dash of raw sugar Serve in : chilled with a couple of small ice cubes or 1/4 of shaved ice

• 3.5 (10.5 cl) Lime
• 3 shots (13.5 cl) Lime Juice
• 3.5 (10.5 cl) Sugar
• 3 shots (13.5 cl) Cachaca

Mix in: Old Fashioned Glass

Pound fresh lime until 3/4 mashed, add the cacacha, sugar and fresh lime. Shake the drink and serve in old-fashioned glass.

UNION JACK 2

• 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Dry Gin
• 0.5 oz. (1.5 cl) Dry Vermouth
• Ice
• BOLS Apricot Brandy Liqueur
• Lime

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Add the juice of half a lime and 1 1/2 teaspoon of BOLS Apricot Brandy Liqueur. Shake with ice and strain.

• 2 dashes (2 ml) Orange Bitters
• 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Gin
• 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Port

Fill glass with ice and add above ingredients. Stir.

• 1 (3.0 cl) Sugar Cube
• 3 cl. (3.0 cl) Cointreau®
• 3 cl. (3.0 cl) Vodka

Mix in: Shot Glass

Blend vodka and Cointreau in a shot glass. Set the drink on fire with a match. Put the piece of sugar on a fork and hold it over the flame from the drink and let it melt down into the glass. When the sugar has melted, use the palm of your hand to put out the flame.

• 3/4 oz. (2.3 cl) Chambord Rasberry Liqueur
• 3/4 oz. (2.3 cl) Amaretto
• 3/4 oz. (2.3 cl) Crown Royal® Bourbon

Stir with ice and strain. (Don't shake!)

• 5 Parts (15.0 cl) Mountain Dew®
• 2 dashes (2 ml) Grenadine

Mix in: Highball Glass

This drink can be made with ice, but it looks a lot better without it. I recommend just using chilled soda. Add rum first, then soda, then a few dashes of grenadine. Don't stir.

UVULA

• 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Brandy
• 2 tsp. (6.0 cl) Maraschino Liqueur
• 0.25 oz. (8 ml) Pineapple Juice
• 1 tsp. (3.0 cl) Lemon Juice

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a Cocktail glass and serve.
