Mix syrup and milk in a fountain glass. Add seltzer, serve with a straw.

EGG FERTILIZER

  • 2 (6.0 cl) Gelatin
  • 4 oz (12.0 cl) Grain Alcohol
  • 1 squirt (6 ml) Tabasco® Sauce
  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Chartreuse

Mix grain alcohol and chartreuse with gelatin, allow to solidify. Add Tabasco to meet individual tastes. Enough of these, and you won't know who fertilized your eggs.

EGG NOG #4

  • 6 (18.0 cl) Egg Yolk
  • 1/4 (8 ml) Sugar
  • 2 (6.0 cl) Milk
  • 1/2 (1.5 cl) Light Rum
  • 1 tsp. (4 ml) Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp. (1 ml) Salt
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Whipped Cream
  • 6 (18.0 cl) Egg White
  • 1/4 (8 ml) Sugar
  • Nutmeg (Ground)

Mix in: Highball Glass

In a small mixer bowl beat egg yolks till blended. Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar, beating at high speed till thick and lemon colored. Stir in milk, stir in rum, bourbon, vanilla, and salt. Chill thoroughly. Whip cream. Wash beaters well. In a large mixer bowl beat egg whites till soft peaks form. Gradually add remaining 1/4 cup sugar, beating to stiff peaks. Fold yolk mixture and whipped cream into egg whites. Serve immediately. Sprinkle nutmeg over each serving. Note: For a nonalcoholic eggnog, prepare Eggnog as above, except omit the bourbon and rum and increase the milk to 3 cups.

  • 1 Quart (96.0 cl) Egg Nog
  • 1 Quart (96.0 cl) Egg Nog Ice cream
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Myer's® Dark rum
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Brandy
  • Nutmeg (Ground)

Mix in: Highball Glass

Allow ice cream to soften. Mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate. Serve with ground nutmeg sprinkled on top.

  • 1.33 oz. (4.0 cl) BOLS Advocaat
  • 1.33 oz. (4.0 cl) Pineapple Juice
  • 0.67 oz. (2.0 cl) BOLS Blue
  • 0.67 oz. (2.0 cl) BOLS Coconut
  • Ice

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Shake with ice and strain. Serve in a chilled glass.

EGGNOG ICE CREAM

  • 1 quart (96.0 cl) Egg Nog
  • 1 quart (96.0 cl) Egg Nog Ice cream
  • 1 pint (48.0 cl) Myer's® Dark rum

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Fill a Tumbler almost full of ice cubes, and strain drink into Tumbler.

  • 1.02 oz. (3.1 cl) BOLS Strawberry
  • 0.34 oz. (1.0 cl) Mezcal

Mix in: Hurricane Glass

Blend all in lots of crushed ice do not strain

  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Blue Curacao
  • 1 can (45.0 cl) 7-Up
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Crushed Ice
  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Iced Tea

Mix in: Collins Glass

Put the 1oz of long island ice tea over a hand full of ice. Then fill the glass up with 7-up.and then pour the 1oz of Blue curacao over the top of the drink and stir

Pour both the melon liqueur and blue curacao in the Collins glass and fill with 7-up. Place the slice of lime on the top of the glass.

  • 2 Parts (6.0 cl) Finlandia® Vodka
  • 1 Part (3.0 cl) Passion Fruit Concentrate
  • 1 tbs. (1.5 cl) Strawberry Syrup

Mix in: Highball Glass

Fill a highball glass with cracked ice. Add the first three ingredients and stir. Top up with Sprite and garnish with mint leaves, a strawberry, a twist of orange and a straw.   • 8 cl. (24.0 cl) Malibu Coconut Rum

Mix in: Highball Glass
