EGG NOG #4

• 6 (18.0 cl) Egg Yolk
• 1/4 (8 ml) Sugar
• 2 (6.0 cl) Milk
• 1/2 (1.5 cl) Light Rum
• 1 tsp. (4 ml) Vanilla Extract
• 1/4 tsp. (1 ml) Salt
• 1 (3.0 cl) Whipped Cream
• 6 (18.0 cl) Egg White
• 1/4 (8 ml) Sugar
• Nutmeg (Ground)

Mix in: Highball Glass

In a small mixer bowl beat egg yolks till blended. Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar, beating at high speed till thick and lemon colored. Stir in milk, stir in rum, bourbon, vanilla, and salt. Chill thoroughly. Whip cream. Wash beaters well. In a large mixer bowl beat egg whites till soft peaks form. Gradually add remaining 1/4 cup sugar, beating to stiff peaks. Fold yolk mixture and whipped cream into egg whites. Serve immediately. Sprinkle nutmeg over each serving. Note: For a nonalcoholic eggnog, prepare Eggnog as above, except omit the bourbon and rum and increase the milk to 3 cups.

EXOTIC WHISKEY

• 8 cl. (24.0 cl) Whiskey
• 8 cl. (24.0 cl) Malibu Coconut Rum

Mix in: Highball Glass

Mix with ice and serve in a whiskey glass. A drink for you who think that whiskey is too strong and liquors too sweet. It's my own recipe. Ulrika from Helsingborg, Sweden.

• 1/3 (10 ml) Kahlua®
• 1/3 (10 ml) Carnation Milk

• 4.08 oz. (12.2 cl) Grape juice (red)
• 1.02 oz. (3.1 cl) Tonic
• 0.51 oz. (1.5 cl) BOLS Grenadine
• 0.34 oz. (1.0 cl) Sugar, Super-Fine

Mix in: Collins Glass

• 1 oz (3.0 cl) Vodka
• 1 oz (3.0 cl) Cherry juice
• 1 oz (3.0 cl) Piña Colada Mix
• 1/2 (1.5 cl) Margarita Mix
• Orange Juice

Mix in: Highball Glass

Ice (shake) rocks (for flavors leave out cherry mix) Add 2 oz flavor mix or Schnapps for a Cherry, Peach, Blackberry, Raspberry, Strawberry, or Wildberry Keywest
