Mix in: Shot Glass

Mix the Baileys, Grand Marnier, and single cream together with some ice in a shaker. Shake thoroughly, and pour into a cocktail glass. Pour a splash (about 1/3 shot) through the mixture to the bottom of the glass. Shake nutmeg over the top of the cocktail, and Bob's your Uncle.

  • 1/3 (10 ml) Pineapple Juice

  • Ice

Mix in: Collins Glass

Fill cup with ice. Pour Pusser's Rum to fill about 1/4 of the glass. Fill with an equal amount of Cream of Coconut (Coco Lopez is good. Add some pineapple juice and a good splash of orange juice. Shake well. Add cherry and sprinkle nutmeg. Grab a straw and get ready! This was originally made in the British Virgin Islands -- Pusser's is the official rum of the Royal British Navy. Alter the amount of rum to your taste. Sorry about the inexact measurements -- that's the way we do it down in de islands mon!

PAIN KILLER #2

  • 4 oz. (12.0 cl) Pusser's Rum
  • 4 oz. (12.0 cl) Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Orange Juice
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Coconut Cream

Mix together in a large glass, garnish with pineapple slice. This drink originates from Virgin Gorda (British Virgin Islands)

PALACE BOGGIE

  • 1.33 oz. (4.0 cl) BOLS Red Orange
  • Ice
  • Lemonade

Mix in: Collins Glass

Fill with lemonade

PALM BEACH COCKTAIL

  • 1 1/2 oz. (6 ml) Gin
  • 1 2/2 tsp. Sweet (8 ml) Vermouth
  • 1 1/2 tsp. (6 ml) Grapefruit Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

  • 0.5 oz. (1.5 cl) Apricot Brandy

  • 1 tsp. (4 ml) Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Light Rum

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

To a mixing glass filled with ice, add all ingredients and shake. Strain into glass filled with ice.

PANDORA'S BOX

  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Gin
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) White Wine
  • BOLS Blue
  • Frangelico

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Combine gin, white wine, calvados, a dash of BOLS blue and a dash of Frangelico in a mixing glass. Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

PANTHER SWEAT

  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Tequila
  • 1/2 oz (1.5 cl) Banana Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz (1.5 cl) Triple Sec
  • 6 oz (18.0 cl) Grapefruit Juice

Mix in: Whiskey Sour Glass

Shake the ingredients together with crushed ice. Strain into glass. Good with crushed salt on the rim of the glass.

PANTS ON FIRE

  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Banana Liqueur
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Grapefruit Juice

Mix in: Old Fashioned Glass

Add vodka and Kahlua in a medium sized glass, fill just a lil' bit more then half way with Coke, and add cream or milk to the top. Stir....Careful, too much Coke and too little cream/milk will cause it to curdle!! Can also substitute Root beer for the Coke to make a Root beer Paralyzer. YUM YUM YUM!!!!!

PARIS PARADISE

  • 8 oz. (24.0 cl) Bacardi 151®
  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Chocolate Syrup

Mix in: Pitcher

Pour ingredients in a blender, mix them together, and serve in a beer pilsner.

PUPPY'S NOSE

  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Tia Maria®
  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Bailey's Irish Cream®

Mix in: Shot Glass

In a shot glass, pour in the Schnapps and Tia Maria, float the Irish cream on top.

PURE GUAVA MARTINI

  • 8 oz. (24.0 cl) Vodka
  • 4 oz. (12.0 cl) guava juice
  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Raspberry Liqueur
  • 1/4 (8 ml) Lemon

Blend with several ice cubes until completely smooth. Serve in a well chilled martini glass and garnish with fresh raspberries and sprigs of mint.

PURE WHITE EVIL

  • 5 oz. (15.0 cl) Everclear®
  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Rum
  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Vodka
  • 5 oz. (15.0 cl) Whiskey
  • 1 dash (1 ml) Lemon Juice
  • 1 (3.0 cl) Lemon Wedge

Mix in: Pitcher

Mix together, light, drink, wake up in bed.

  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Vodka
  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Cherry juice
  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) DeKuyper Wilderberry Schnapps®
  • 1/3 (10 ml) Sweet & Sour mix
  • Orange Juice

  • 5.1 oz. (15.3 cl) Cherry juice
  • 0.68 oz. (2.0 cl) BOLS Coconut

The 5th ingredient is NOT Absinth but Caramel Syrup (available from Monin or Riemerschmid)which I did not find on the list. stick cherry on glass rim and let the long curly lime peel hang over the glass

  • 1.5 oz. (4.5 cl) Vodka
  • 0.75 oz. (2.3 cl) Sambuca

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Use Black Sambuca where available

  • 0.75 oz. (2.3 cl) Rum
  • 0.5 oz. (1.5 cl) Chambord Rasberry Liqueur
  • 2 dashes (6.0 cl) Blue Curacao
  • 1 dash (3.0 cl) Pineapple Juice

Mix all 3 together in a rot glass and enjoy

PURPLE PANCHO

  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Jose Cuervo® Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Blue Curacao
  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Sloe Gin
  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Lime Juice
  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Sour Mix

Mix in: Margarita Glass

Shake with ice and pour into salt rimmed margarita glass, garnish with a lime wheel

PURPLE PASSION

  • 1 1/2 oz. (4 ml) Vodka
  • 3 oz. (9.0 cl) Grape Juice
  • 3 oz. (9.0 cl) Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 tsp. (4 ml) Sugar

Mix in: Collins Glass

Pour all ingredients into a Collins glass and stir. Chill before serving.

PURPLE PUSSYCAT

  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Vodka
  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Cherry juice
  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) DeKuyper Wilderberry Schnapps®
  • fill Pineapple Juice

  • 2 oz. (6.0 cl) Blue Curacao
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Cherry Brandy
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Absolut Vodka®
  • 1 Scoop (12.0 cl) Ice Cream
  • Sprite

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Shake the 1st 4 ingredients. Strain it to a cocktail glass. Top up with Sprite/7-up.

PURPLE VIPER

  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Sloe Gin
  • 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl) Vodka
  • 1 oz. (3.0 cl) Chambord Rasberry Liqueur

Mix in: Shot Glass

Mix into shooter

PURPLE YUMMY

  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Blue Curacao
  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Peach Schnapps
  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Bacardi Light Rum®
  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Ketel One® Vodka
  • 1 oz (3.0 cl) Grenadine
  • 3 oz (9.0 cl) Sprite

Mix in: Cocktail Glass

Mix in cocktail shaker with ice cubes to chill. Strain into glass, adorn with cherries.

PUSSY CRUSHER

  • 0.333 oz. (10 ml) Vodka
  • 0.333 oz. (10 ml) Rum
  • 0.333 oz. (10 ml) Gin
  • 0.333 oz. (10 ml) Triple Sec
  • 0.333 oz. (10 ml) Galliano®
  • 0.5 dash (1.5 cl) Grenadine
  • Orange Juice

Mix in: Highball Glass

Put all shots in highball glass or a glass so that it will now be half to 3/4 full of the liquors. Fill rest of glass with OJ and top with Grenadine.
